These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pk1946 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the pk1946 website located at https://pk1946.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality made available through it.

pk1946 is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. By accessing or using the pk1946 platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close any account you may have registered.

To register and maintain an Account on pk1946, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have verified, to the best of your knowledge and ability, that participation in online wagering is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not on any government, regulatory or operator-administered self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from gambling.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk1946 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and payment details. You are under a continuing obligation to update this information promptly should it change.

All deposits must be funded from payment instruments that are legally registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal will be processed.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk1946 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. Age-verification and identity checks must be completed before bonus funds are released.
• Each eligible User is entitled to claim each specific promotion no more than once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the offer. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit will be stated per promotion.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the wager will be settled, subject to any applicable Starting Price or in-play price adjustment rules disclosed in the relevant market rules.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the incorrect display of odds, pk1946 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Balance.
• Live in-play markets are subject to delay and suspension. pk1946 accepts no liability for bets placed during a data feed outage or price lag.
• Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals — are subject to official governing-body results. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted or subject to DLS adjustments, settlement will follow the published cricket betting rules.
• Progressive jackpot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results are final once displayed and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the pk1946 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses or evading prior enforcement actions.
2. Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or mechanical devices to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
3. Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a systematic manner contrary to their intended purpose.
4. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law, or using VPN, proxy or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
5. Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
6. Facilitating, participating in or benefiting from chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus awards.
7. Attempting to launder proceeds of crime through deposits, wagers or withdrawal requests on the platform.
8. Harassing, threatening or intimidating platform staff, other users or any third party in connection with your use of pk1946.

pk1946 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published by pk1946.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time frame specified by the platform.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 10 above.
• Receipt of a legally enforceable instruction from a competent authority requiring Account restriction or data disclosure.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct connected to the Account.
• Inactivity: an Account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account handling, including applicable fees or balance treatment, will be communicated in advance.

Upon Account closure due to a verified breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be evaluated individually. Where a genuine balance is owed and no fraud, breach or outstanding wagering requirement exists, a refund to the verified payment method on record may be issued at the operator's discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1946 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any nature, even where pk1946 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays, errors or outages beyond pk1946's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or data loss caused by circumstances outside of pk1946's direct control, including hosting infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages or cyberattacks.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party data feed providers, including live sports scores used in bet settlement.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk1946's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on the pk1946 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pk1946 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk1946 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification or distribution of any platform content for commercial purposes without written authorisation from pk1946.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software or technology forming part of the platform.
• Scraping, harvesting or systematically collecting data from the platform using automated tools.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform without pk1946's prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to pk1946. The collection, processing, storage and use of personal data in connection with your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1946 holds its operating licence. In the absence of a specific jurisdictional determination, the laws of the operator's registered territory shall apply.

pk1946 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the pk1946 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
